WHITBREAD
TO OPEN NEW RESTAURANT AND HOTEL IN CAERNARFON IN MARCH
Whitbread
is to invest £1.3 million into Caernarfon with the opening of a new Table Table
restaurant and pub and Premier Inn hotel in March 2008.
The
new development on Victoria Dock will feature a 230-cover Table Table
restaurant and pub and 49-bedroom Premier Inn. The development will create a
range full and part time jobs in the local area for a variety of roles, ranging
from restaurant chefs to hotel housekeeping.
The
restaurant will bring a contemporary dining and drinking experience to
Caernarfon. The new menu will offer an extensive selection of delicious food,
inspired by dishes from all over the world and created by expert chefs. With
nibbles, classic pub favourites and dishes guaranteed to excite the taste buds,
it has been designed to offer a range of flavours for every palate. There is a
special menu for kids’ and a Lunch and Light Bite menu, perfect for daytime
get-togethers. An extensive wine list and authentic Italian Costa coffee will
also complement the great menu.
The
restaurant will offer a wonderful new environment and will provide the perfect
place to meet with friends and family, where they can relax and unwind by the
fire with a bottle of wine or delicious Baileys Latte.
Speaking ahead of the opening, Mark Pugh, Acquisitions Co-ordinator,
commented: “Whitbread has previously invested in North Wales with the
opening of restaurants in Llandudno, Prestatyn and Colwyn Bay. Investing in the
area for a forth time will create further jobs for the local community and we
hope that the combination of a contemporary dining and drinking experience and
Premier Inn in a central location will encourage even more visitors to the
town.”
The 49-bedroom Premier Inn will be the perfect place to spend the night
with all guests offered the unique Good Night Guarantee. Under the Guarantee,
