We hope you all have a wonderful time in Caernarfon this Christmas and that we will all work together in making our town great once more in 2015.

This is Gypsy Hill in Caernarfon, just on the right of this photo you can see Seilo Bach. (Seilo Mawr was to the left of the photo. Still lost? The bungalows on the top left are the bungalows of Mountain Street which now overlooks the main road which takes you from town to Bethel and Llanberis Road. (Margaret Street is to the right).

Sanata's Grotto (by the Lions)

Remember to give Santa a visit at his Grotto every Saturday before Christmas.

1st, 8th 15th &16th December

He will be waiting for you to drop by the Lions Grotto n Caernarfon

Santa will also be doing his rounds around our streets shortly and we will bring you his time table once we receive it by Rudolph mail!

That time of year, when fun begins
Is upon us Cofis, once again
A time to give, a time to share
A time for Cofis everywhere

To try and make a go of things
Support what's here and all it brings
The price we pay will be dear
I hope I make myself real clear

Christmas is a time to think 
I'm not talking of our sewerage stink
But a time for Cofis everywhere
To come together on the square

A time for Dre - our new look town
To make us proud not make us frown
A new beginning for us all
A time for councils to play ball

Other towns have just seen the light
To do the same? we musn't fight
Bringing Caernarfon to the stage
And sending moaners to bygone age

Maes was where we used to meet
Where coppers also walkrd the beat
Busses stopped to drop us down
 and bring us girles from out of town

To celebrate a new beginning
At Christmas time we should be singing
Not carols or that ‘old Slade’ song
But in forgetting where we all went wrong
The past is past and there no more
It makes us weep and makes us sore

The Maes refurbish has now been done
Only cost 3 million - a tidy sum
Was it worth it I hear you cry?
 Or does it just make you sigh

Tesco u turn with the shop
Caught Gwynedd Council on the hop
New road coming to miss our town
Let's hope it doesn't close shops down
