Sir Hugh Owen shivers on his new loaction outside the Castle Hotel on Castle Square. The Maes was competely covered in 3 inches of snow first thing on Friday 17th December 2010.	Caernarfon Cenotaph with poppy wreaths still around covered in snow as is Capel Maes in the background.

Caernarfon Town FC sprinkled with pixe dust just in time for Christmas. I hope you all join in with us in wishing the team all the very best for the rast of the season.	The Canaries flag braves the icy winds outside the Oval with a wall to wall snow carpet on the ground's car park.

	Seiont River - Caernarfon Beautiful in summer and winter the River Seiont makes a great Christmas Card, such a shame the snow does not stay with us more than a day or so.
	Just yards from the main road, this photo takes you away from the hustle and bustle of every day life in town.

	Taken from Seiont Bridge, even the little island in the middle is snowed over. Our sea air in Caernarfon prevents us from being snowbound too often. Nevertheless, it's nice to see some real snow once in a while.

Park Eryri
	Caernarfon public park a Eryri. As this photos shows, the lake at the park is frozen. Locals should always beware that usually the thickness of the ice is not too thick and one should never step onto the surface.
